Our story
CABOA was founded on the conviction that mid-sized companies and technology-driven start-ups deserve investment-banking-level advice – without having to forgo the personal attention of an experienced senior partner.
Our work builds on the more than 30 years of transaction and investment experience of our founder, Michael Boshammer. It ranges from complex carve-outs in an industrial setting and M&A transactions across a wide range of sectors to financing rounds from pre-seed to Series B.
